More Than a Certification
A teacher training isn't just for people who want to teach.
It's for anyone who wants to understand yoga in a deeper, more meaningful way.
It's an opportunity to slow down, ask questions, study with an exceptional mentor, and immerse yourself in a practice that has the power to transform not only your body, but the way you move through life.
Some graduates go on to teach.
Others never step to the front of a classroom—but still describe the experience as one of the most rewarding and life-changing journeys they've ever taken.
If you've ever felt called to go deeper, we'd love to have you with us.
-
Help Us Shape the Training
We're currently putting the finishing touches on the program, and we'd love your input.
One of the biggest decisions we're making is the schedule. Should the training meet on weekends? Be offered in intensive modules? Follow another format entirely?
If you're interested—even if you're only curious—we'd love to hear what would work best for your life.
Your feedback will help us create a training that truly serves our community.

Many experienced teachers choose to complete an additional 200-hour training as a way to deepen their understanding of anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and alignment while discovering new perspectives that reignite their passion for teaching.
